Just a 15 minute drive by car to the city centre, the Botel Lisa is located south of the city by the Gubacsi bridge and has good connections to the city by public transport. The Botel Lisa sits on the River Danube and is moored on Csepel Sziget Island, a large well populated island splitting the Danube.
The en-suite rooms are good basic 3* rooms with air-conditioning, telephone, satellite TV and minima. The rooms and bathrooms are small and clean.
There is a good size restaurant offering an excellent choice of food - the restaurant has very pleasant views of the river. There is also a small bar in the restaurant area. In the summer tables and chairs are available on the jetty and barbecues are organised by the hotel. This is very popular in the summer when the river is particularly beautiful.
A 2 level floating hotel the botel Lisa is painted white and has a pitched brown proof. There are lots of windows on all sides of the hotel offering views of the river or island. A small lobby with a wood reception desk and a few chairs for guests use.
A basic but pleasant 3* hotel and perfect for those on a budget wanting to enjoy a stay on the River Danube.
